DIOTIMAA Foundation is a nonprofit organization that collaborates with mission-driven leaders, societies, and humanitarians to break cycles of poverty through education, health attentiveness, scholarships, and women’s empowerment to improve the quality of life for those in need beyond borders. We are passionate about helping to find solutions to ensure equal opportunity and core human and civil rights. To achieve these objectives, we concentrate on girls’ education, children, youth, and families; public health; and global development.
Our services include consulting to nonprofits and philanthropists, leadership development support, and developing and sharing insights—all with the goal of scaling social impact. What we learn from collaborating closely with social sector leaders is complemented by rigorous research.

A world with the right to access knowledge, and resources beyond one’s heritage to shape the future through innovation, participation, and sharing of means without discrimination.
Our Mission is to build a better world by strengthening the ability of mission-driven leaders, societies, and humanitarians to achieve breakthrough results in addressing society’s most important challenges and opportunities.
Integrity : We accept funding and public donations exclusively from the donors who remain beyond reproach. Not only must the company pursue honorable initiatives, but it must conduct business in a way that is honest, transparent and ethical.
Excellence : We cultivate and train our staff by setting tangible benchmarks to accomplish our mission with fullest commitment.
Community : We believe success manifest through collaboration with other agencies and partners in the community. We can accomplish more if we attempt to complement the existing resources available in the community rather than duplicate them.
Good Stewardship : We are responsible for the resources bequeathed to us as good steward. We show good return on the resources available and have set of standards for financial procedures and internal controls to avoid mishandling of funds and resources.
Collaboration : We work as a team within Diotimaa Foundation and with our clients. We share what we know and try to align our efforts with those of others who are dedicated to achieving social impact.
Respect : We listen to and learn from our clients, funders, and one another. We value diverse perspectives and strive to incorporate them in our work.
